Over 200 employees of the Turner Industries Group LLC have filed a lawsuit against the company for what they say was a failure to act. Current and former employees of Turner Industries Group LLC
allege that they have endured racial slurs and a hostile work environment for over ten years. One of the issues cited by employees were segregated bathrooms.
“The lawsuit says black employees were forced to do dangerous tasks that white workers refused to perform and were passed over for better jobs in favor of white employees. The lawsuit says the discrimination grew worse after President Obama was elected.”
