In the video below a Channel 9 News WCPO reports from the Court house after Andre (Andre Love) Davis, a former pro wrestler, was found
guilty of 14 guilty out of 15 counts of felonious assault (not telling 12 women that he was HIV positive before sleeping with them between 2009 and the present).
The state of Ohio reportedly has a law that requires a person to reveal that she/he is HIV
positive before having any sexual interaction with a partner. Authorities say, Davis learned of his HIV status after he had a medical exam for a contract with a pro-wrestling organization. Davis was denied an opportunity to go pro because of his HIV status.
During the trial the judged barred prosecutors from stating whether or not the victims in the case had actually contracted HIV. Andre Davis could face up to 120 years in prison for the 14 guilty verdicts and will remain in prison until sentencing.
